capacity up to 1,320 ends/min with outer diam. 84 mm.

Condensation free... by homogeneous air circulation inside the construction lines, starting with belt width of 1,500 mm.

- two, three or more individual heating zone

OMEGA / SINUS Drying Oven

Sinus- or Omega-oidal conveyor system (chain for upright standing ends in plastic-pick-up clips). The sealing compounds must have the content of more than 50% particulate matters. Processing capacity up to 1,600 ends/min per lane during 3 min drying time. Guaranteed remaining residual moisture of 3-5% after leaving the oven.
The ovens are supplied in single-lane or double-lane execution.
Each lane can be driven separately to connect our ovens to different single-lane lining machines having variable speed / end diameters.

Drying ovens for ends with different conveyor systems.
Drying of compound or lacquer (repair coating) on ends can be achieved by selecting the most suitable conveyor system for the specific type of ends.

Vertical Conveyor Pocket Ovens

With a processing capacity up to 500 ends/min per line in case of 3 minutes drying time, the Vertical Conveyor is usable for compound drying 80° - 100° C for round ends, Club, Dingly and Hansa, and within repair coating systems of up to 600 round ends per minute at 150°C.
The pocket ovens are used for low capacity and in case of necessity of separating ends during transport.
The ovens are supplied in single-lane or double-lane execution.
